StyloTech Ltd is a software and digital product company based in Port Louis, Mauritius. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@stylotech.mu or +230 5707 6881.

Only what you send us. If you submit the consultation form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name if you give one, your answers to the project questions, and your message. If you email or call us, we hold whatever that exchange contains. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not build profiles of visitors.

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of the conversation if it becomes a project. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

The StyloTech team members involved in answering you. We use third-party services to deliver and store the message — an email delivery provider and a hosted database. They process the data on our instructions and may store it outside Mauritius. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twenty-four months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, we keep the records for as long as we have a business or legal reason to, and then delete them.

Under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email contact@stylotech.mu and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your language choice in your browser so the site opens in the language you picked. That is the only thing it stores, it is not shared with anyone, and clearing your browser data removes it.

The site is served over HTTPS. Consultation submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect data we do not need, which is the most effective protection available.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly applied.
